Landcare groups are invited to a workshop to learn more about current funding opportunities for large group-scale projects.
Attendees will learn about the Australian Government’s 20 Million Trees Progamme and the Victorian Government’s Threatened Species Protection Initiative, tow major grants currently open for application that will fund projects valued from $2,000 to $100,000.
Both of these programmes will fund revegetation, weed control and remnant protection activities aiming to improve biodiversity.
Attendees are encouraged to bring their ideas for projects and a laptop to the workshop.
