Cape Paterson information stall

As part of our Powlett River/Kugerungmome partnerships project, Birdlife Australia are monitoring Hooded Plover breeding success on beaches adjacent to the Powlett River mouth and will be hosting an information session.

When: Saturday 21 January, 2023 – 10am onwards

Where: Picnic shelter in front of Wonthaggi Life Saving Club, Cape Paterson

This is a free event, come along and learn about the local beach-nesting birds, why they are special, and how you can help our threatened wildlife.

There will be giveaways for all – bring your dog along and receive a free dog lead.
